9.1.2 Device Compass Calibration

Step 1. Navigate to the 'COMPASS' section displayed on the screen. This section will present the compass options available for calibration. As shown in the following screen.
Step 2. Choose the compass that requires calibration, and proceed by selecting the 'Calibrate' button. This action initiates the compass calibration process, as illustrated in the screen example below.
Step 3. After you have clicked the calibrate button in Step 2, the screen will show the following information. When you press the calibrate button, it will begin calibrating the compass you chose. Follow the instructions on the screen to calibrate the compass you have selected accurately.
“You need to rotate the vehicle randomly around all axes until the progress bar fills to the right and the calibration completes.”
Note: While the vehicle is armed, compass calibration is not possible
Step 4. You can do it all on the same screen to adjust the compass settings. Just modify the Compass Declination values, pick the Compass fitness level you want, and press the Update button. This action will apply the new values to your device.
Step 5. Remember to Reboot your device by clicking the Reboot Button and reconnect before moving on to the next calibration steps.
