To edit a Circular plan for a specific project, begin by opening the plan in the flight plan view.
As shown in the following screen.
After the Circular plan is visible on the screen, click on the "Edit" button to access and modify the circular plan details. This allows users to edit Circular Details and Fence Boundary as needed.
Alternatively, if the user wishes to reuse the plan without making any edits, they can directly upload it by clicking on the "Upload" button.
Circular Details :
Note: For a circular plan, the minimum radius should be at least 5 meters. If a user attempts to decrease the radius below 5 meters, AeroGCS ORANGE will display the message "Please enter a circle radius greater than 5 meters.
Rally Points :
When this option is enabled, users can add a maximum of 4 rally points in a circular plan by simply clicking on the desired location within the circular plan. As shown in the following screen.
In AeroGCS ORANGE, Rally points are represented in violet color within the circular plan.
If a user tries to add more than 4 rally points, the user will see the screen with the message: "Can't add rally points beyond 4."
Relocate Rally Point :
Users can relocate a rallying point by selecting it and dragging it to a new location.
Delete a Rally Point :
To delete a rally point from the corridor plan, click on the rally point that the user wants to delete. This will trigger a confirmation message: "Are you sure you want to delete the selected rally point?" as shown in the following screen.
Upon clicking the "Yes" button, the selected rally point will be deleted from the corridor plan.
Fence Boundary :
To increase or decrease the outer fence boundary of the circular plan, expand the fence boundary widget. This action will reveal a slider that allows users to increase or decrease the outer fence boundary of the circular plan, as illustrated in the following screen.
Users have the flexibility to adjust the outer fence boundary by either using the slider or by employing the "-" and "+" buttons for adjustments.
Moving a plan :
After finishing the editing of the circular plan, the user should click on the "Apply" button to implement the updated parameters. Following the application of the new parameters, the user must save the plan by clicking on the "Save" button, ensuring that the updated plan is permanently saved.
In this section, users can modify the plan location by editing the center altitude and center longitude or by selecting and dragging the center point of the plan, represented by the center anchor . Adjustment of the circular plan's area is possible by editing the circular radius or moving the circular anchor at the edge of the plan. Dragging it inward reduces the plan area while dragging it outward increases it. Users can also input new values for the first point angle, altitude, and speed. Rally points can be enabled or disabled, and users have the option to change the direction of circular plan points clockwise by enabling the clockwise option.
In AeroGCS Orange, users can relocate the circular plan from one location to another using the "Move Marker " feature. Simply select the move marker and drag it to the new location where the user wants to shift the corridor plan.
